We will prepare and send all orders the same day that are placed before 3pm Monday to Friday. Orders that are placed on a Friday before 3pm we will endeavor to ship the following Monday.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- All goods sold through this site are sold as 'novelty goods'. Lovesensation Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by their use.
- All items that are returned as faulty MUST be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused. Postage costs will apply to return it.
- All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Lovesensation Ltd within 36 hours from the delivery date.
- We offer a one year warranty on everything (apart from Lingerie), if the item develops a fault within three months we can offer a refund or exchange for the same item, after three months, it is an exchange only.
- Lovesensation cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information supplied during the checkout process.
- Lovesensation will accept returns with the following conditions:
Faulty goods - email us explaining the problem within 365 days and the order reference number for the original purchase and we will send you a freepost address. We will exchange the item for you. The Freepost address is only for the use of returning faulty items in the UK within the first month. When we receive the returned item, it will be checked, if the item is not faulty and the Freepost address has been used, then there will be a charge of £3.50 plus vat for the cost of postage.
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met:
- The goods must be unused.
- The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
- The goods must be received by us within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
- Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Itemssupplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Please note we are unable to refund the cost of postage if you do not use our free returns postal service within the first month. International Customers: Please note that we are not able to refund the cost of your delivery UNLESS the item is faulty. If you need this clarified, please contact Customer Services before attempting to return the item.
